1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClearCode VPN ("the Service"), provided by ClearCode Digital LTD ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClearCode VPN provides virtual private network ecosystem services designed to encrypt your internet traffic and mask your IP address. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without guaranteed uptimes, though we strive for maximum availability.

3. No-Logs Policy

We strictly adhere to a zero-logs policy for your VPN activity. We do not monitor, record, log, store, or pass to any third party your browsing activity, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or session bandwidth.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Engaging in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or hacking.
• Transmitting child exploitation material.
• Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam).

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the plan selected. Auto-renewal is enabled by default unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We process all payments securely via Stripe. All refunds are subject to our 14-day money-back guarantee policy.
